Our agency has 14 years of experience in conducting the mental health evaluations necessary for proving hardship in immigration cases. Many times families are unaware that they are experiencing exceptional hardship, or have difficulty expressing it; our evaluations address these issues. We have been able to assist attorneys, and clients with our professional evaluation and documentation of domestic violence and exploitation, and levels of hardship in the areas of emotional, physical and economic well being.

INITIAL IMPACT STATEMENT

Our mitigation theory will explain and delineate the intervening critical factors that had a direct casual relationship to the defendant's beliefs, values and personal characteristics that define their decision-making behaviors. Our investigation takes a clinical approach to prevent alienation and build rapport. Our services include interviews with the defendant, family and collaterals for theme development, as well as expert testimony/witness, jury selection assistance, capital mitigation, and case reviews.

Child centered approach based collaboration and innovation for family conflict resolution. This approach acknowledges that emotional issues exist in divorces, child custody, collaborative (shared) parenting and adoptions. Our forensic team consists of professionals with diverse backgrounds who specifically address these issues, bring to the forefront and delineate their impact in order to achieve resolution to ensure the best interest of the child(ren).
